Warranties and Repair

Limited Warranty

While the incidence of defects in new items is extremely low, there may be occasions in which repair work becomes necessary. After your return period has expired, your item might still be eligible for exchange or repair under the manufacturer's warranty. To determine if your item is eligible for a warranty return, review the paperwork that came with the merchandise and check the product page online.

A valid warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship, except if the product is a consumable product. The duration of the warranty is indicated online on the product page and in the paperwork that came with the merchandise. Warranty and/or guarantee documents must be included when an item is sent back for repair. If these documents are not returned with the item, repair fees may apply.

If the product shows signs of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, please follow the instructions that we will provide to you for returning the product. We will, in consultation with the manufacturer, take one of the following actions: (I) replace the product with either a new or a refurbished product that is the same as or similar to the product you purchased; (II) repair the product using either new or refurbished parts.

There is no assurance, representation or warranty that any replacement product will be identical to or will offer the same functionalities as the product returned to us. Design advances and product availability may result in your receiving a replacement product with a lower selling price than the original product you purchased. In all cases, product comparability will be determined by us at our sole discretion.

This limited warranty applies only to products that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, unauthorized use, alterations or repair, or commercial use. This limited warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of the product.

How to Obtain Service

To obtain instructions on how to receive service under this limited warranty, please contact our Customer Service who will ask you questions to determine your eligibility under this limited warranty. If you are eligible, you'll be given instructions for returning the defective product. After receipt of the item, a replacement order or repair order will be issued. Shipping fees may be applicable.
